Monday and Tuesday I had tom yum soup with vegetables and shirataki noodles (about 100-110 calories) for lunch.
Monday's dinner was actifried butternut, baked beans and smoked breakfast sausage (885cal, and most of that was because had 3x as much sausage as I actually planned on having).
Monday evening I attempted week1 session one of c25k again... I barely made it half-way which is depressing. But it's a start. I will get back to where I was.
Dinner on Tuesday was Sushi and Thai (Yes Emma, that restaurant again), I had to estimate most of it, and lets just say the result was eye watering (3000+ calories, and that was with me intentionally avoiding most of the deep fried stuff)...
BUT it was just one meal...
Yesterday I had sausage and Mash (ready meal) with added veggies, for my lunch. A massive (in comparison to the tom yum soup anyway)480cal. I have to change up the hot and sour occasionally. But the plan to have shirataki most days seems to be working.
I also snacked on a honeydew melon. (200cal)
Dinner was yet another ready meal, count on us Ricotta and spinach cannelloni X2 I was being greedy, I only really needed half this, but I love spinach and ricotta cannelloni, with 2 veggie filled red peppers and salad 875cal... And if I had left it at that I would've actually bought my calories for the week back below what I needed them to be to meet my weekly calorie goals despite Tuesday's dinner..
Sadly that did not happen (750cal of Ben & Jerry's did).
Tom yum again today (97cal) and I even remembered to grab some lemon juice to make it properly sour!!!
I plan on having butternut, beans and breakfast sausage for dinner tonight (because I have 700g of butternut sitting in the fridge needing to be used), which will actually being me back down to a 2100cal a day average (actually somewhat below it, but given just how much of an estimate that Thai was I don't have a problem with that).
Apparently 2100cal a day is what I need to reach to lose 2lb a week (according to MFP), & according to the scale this morning I'm about 7.6lb lighter than I was Friday last week, but as we all know that's mostly water being the first weigh-in.
My trousers and shirt do feel like they are fitting better (the jeans aren't cutting into me as much, and the t-shirt isn't sticking to me or riding up excessively.
