thank you :) now to survive a 3 day weekend, without a setback on Tuesday. I don't know why weekends make me so nervous when it comes to weight loss. I guess becausee I have no set schedule.

KatiKau. That's it for me too. I need structure. I hate structure, but it keeps me from bouncing from one thing to another.

Oh the tough weekends :) But after going out last night, i still went reached my goal weight this morning and even lost a pound more than I had planned. Now to stay focused for the next couple days. The b-day party on Sunday will be tough :s

This is when it comes in handy to be the hermit I am. Nobody invites me to go anywhere, nobody visits, I don't drink so I don't go to bars, I am cheap so I don't go out to dinner, I have no girlfriend to spend money on and time with.... Just me and the dog here to exercise and not eat bad stuff..... LOL!
