Kind of sore this morning. Worked out with a trainer yesterday. Even though it was only a 1/2 hour session he wore me out.
Calorie burn with the BodyMedia armband has been helpful. I can see where I was overestimating calorie burn through FS. In trying to keep up my calorie deficits I'm going to try and stay sub-2000 cals per day. Still keeping fats up. When I tried this before on a conventional calorie counting diet my body revolted and I ended up gaining my weight back. We'll see what happens this time.
If it's nice outside today I'll do my intervals on the track. Hopefully me legs won't be too sore :)
