OK, no weigh in tonight as we went to the Kennedy Center and saw The Lion King. It was very nice. But had a huge dinner beforehand with drinks, wine, appetizers, dinner, bread, and dessert. Topped out the day at nearly 3800 calories. Probably going to be looking at a weigh in of at least 205 in the morning, but will get rid of it soon.

Your food and drinks were 1281 calories more than your activities and exercise. That does not seem to be too much. How many pounds would that be?

Oh, so it is not the extra calories that hurt us, it is the extra carbs. Gotcha. Good luck with the liquids today. :)
