The Atkins diet is helping so far. Still hard to avoid temptation at times... hanging in there though.
262.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 102.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 5.8 lb a week

After the first 3 days, it get's much easier. Stay strong you can make it. In fact, make yourself a cheesecake with sweeteners and have a slice when you want to munch, but don't go over 2 slices in a day. The fat from the cream cheese will keep you full. From your numbers above, you are knocking out the weight. Stay strong as it is going to get much easier.

Thanks! I just crushed the cravings with the Atkins shake. Sometimes I use the shakes or the Atkins version of M&M's. It can be a little pricey, but it seems to be worth it right now lol
