Hunger cravings from meds took over this week. Kept doing the mid-night raids. Even though I didn't lose luckily I didn't gain. Need to change my habits to eating something that will help hold over in evenings. That and never buy peanut M&Ms again. Don't have will power to just eat a couple a day to satisfy chocolate cravings.

Oh, yes! I know that chocolate craving feeling. I used to buy sugar free dark chocolate covered almonds. They taste good but are high in fat if I ate too many in one day. Stopped eating them 74 days ago. ;)
