Ahhhhhhhhhhh, cleanse done!!!! I will admit, I feel much lighter and have more energy. I musta had some CRUD weighing me down, byebye crud!!! Found some new snacks at the grocery store last night, excited to try them! Some snappea crisps, they taste like Fun-yuns without the nasty onion after-breath. And some other organic things and some new protein/fiber bars. I love trying new things, my hubster is heading out for a business trip next week and I already have a bunch of recipes lined up. Slow Cooker, here I come!!! Happy Hump Day, Friends!!!

How do you like Advocare thing I have a cousin doing it and she has lost a bunch of weight.

I love it, I've been using AdvoCare products since October 2012, lost around 25lbs and then maintained that using their products until we got engaged, then lost another 10 and have maintained that since last September...up and down a few here and there but overall maintained...I have lost a total of 8.8 lbs since last Sunday (the 20th) using their Cleanse...I have so much more energy and just feel so much better when I use them plus I am an advisor so I get to share :)

Good 4 U on ditching the "crud", & on your healthy snacky finds! I'll have to try those snappea crisps, they sound yummy! I've gotta start using my crockpot too. Have loads of good healthy recipes on my Pinterest, & need to stop heating up my kitchen with regular cooking with the very hi temps we're having here in southern OR right now ~ Got up to 104 yesterday! I can't afford to buy special products for a cleanse, but have some recipes, I just don't know which ones really work. Can you tell me basically what's in the Advo cleanse, so I can maybe find a similar recipe? I have hypo thyroid so my metabolism is VERY SLOW, & I know I need to do a cleanse. Also, do you know how often a person should do a cleanse? I'm interested, just not sure how it all works. Have an AWESOME, energetic day!

Basically a cleanse is just a lot of added liquids and completely clean eating plus extra fiber, diuretics, and probiotic....they are recommended every 90 days....so just so you have an idea, this is what my 10 days look like, it changes a bit throughout the 10 days: Days 1-3: light breakfast plus 10 grams added fiber (a drink would be better than a pill as it's added liquids), healthy snack, light lunch, healthy snack, light dinner plus omega 3 fish oil, diuretic before bed Days 4-7: probiotic before breakfast, light breakfast (no added fiber), healthy snack, light lunch, healthy snack, light dinner plus omega 3 fish oil, diuretic before bed Days 8-10: probiotic before breakfast, light breakfast plus added fiber again, healthy snack, light lunch, healthy snack, light dinner plus omega 3 fish oil, no diuretic Now this is based on the AdvoCare cleanse, there are others out there but this one is very gentle, you won't crap your pants or anything. You might have a little belly discomfort the days you have the added fiber but it levels out. If you did know someone who sells AdvoCare, their Cleanse is only 31.50, not too bad. You just really have to make sure to drink enough water when you do one, that helps with flushing out the ickies in your belly so you can better absorb the good stuff. We recommend half your body weight in ounces...so if you weighed 200 lbs, you need 100 ozs. Also, when you eat, you don't want to eat anything processed or super fatty or high in sodium, you're trying to get rid of the "bad"stuff so don't put any back in ya know?? I try to stick to around 1200-1300 calories when I do them and that's at an "active" lifestyle. Hopefully that helps!!!
