Motivation: I figure since I can hike 6 miles in the southern heat of July in about 2.5 hours, I can pretty much do anything. Also, a member in a Facebook Group of Weight Watchers which has lots of photos of before/after - talk about the motivation! Whew! Off the chain!
*Noticed a feature on elliptical this morning -- pep talk at various points in the pre-scheduled workout. Pretty cool. Also used FitRadio Poolside music to run to this morning. Note: Our elliptical is such the lemon, it has had issues since day 1 and yet we continue to push its limits...this morning sounded like a rubber piece was rubbing in the front wheel....yet still I ran. So annoying to keep calling back a mechanic even if it is under extended warranty at this point.
