I wish I wasn't so "hungry" all of the time. My stomach feels empty when I know it isn't. Time to go to sleep, relax, and stop thinking about food. Time to calm my mind. I refuse to get on diet pills.

yoplait red velvet yogurt 6 oz arnold sandwich bread wheat 43 g peanut butter 96 g snyder's of hanover nibblers 42.5 g -> seriously???? thats all you ate???? no wonder you are hungry girl! you need to stock up on veggies !!!! maybe some fruit.

I keep 3 baskets. Two in the fridge eye level one has veggies, and the other one has fruit. The third one has healthy snacks. Like 100 calorie popcorn, wheat thins, home made chex mix, granola bars and stuff like that. I keep everything individually portioned out in snack size bags. That way whenever I want something it's ready to go. And drink lots of water.

I haven't written what I ate for a very long time. That was probably from two years ago or so :) I might need to start writing down what I eat again. I hate doing it though. Thanks for the suggestions!! I LOVE the idea, lettygaylor! I am going to start doing that! I made it through the "hunger" games last night though. I just went to bed and I feel better. Going to eat some healthy cereal, a granola bar, and work out ;)
