Wednesday

Today boxing and some weight training, in balance with each other for two staggering hours at the gym. Going to look at some motivational stuff in a minute to get my intensity level way up.

Motivation should come from within.

Maud, since you quit the volunteering job, why not get a job at your gym? That way you will always be ready to work out. ;)
