TXSnowman's Journal, 29 July 2014

Well, vacation is officially over. Its back to work tomorrow. I finished my 5th Scuba dive in 2 days and I'm beat. But, I'm officially certified again and have my certification to dive on NITROX, as well. The wetsuit and gear are all cleaned and hung up to dry, and its time to start planning my next adventure. I sure hope to get several more dives in this summer, before I head off to the Rockies to run elk hunting camps in October.

The eating plan is still going well. I'm sticking to the 18/6 Intermittent Fast. I don't eat until 2 PM or later and finish for the day by 8 PM. I'm working to keep Carbs very low, Sugars as eliminated as possible, Protein and Fat high; all while keeping the total calorie count under control. I've been pleased with the results so far.

With all of the travelling, I haven't done anything about strength training since the end of tax season. So, my goal now is to incorporate some more upper body strength conditioning along with a bit more cardio into my daily workouts.

Well, I had better run along, now. I hope y'all have a great remainder of the week.
