Well, lets hope this sticks, probably not after today... Terrible eating day today. It's hard to find food in the middle of nowhere, and by the time I did I was starving! Should have brought something with me, but I'm too tired to think like that right now. Off to a family dinner now to eat cabbage rolls.
183.2 lb Lost so far: 30.8 lb.    Still to go: 43.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Enjoy your cabbage rolls. Sometimes food is what you find and doesn't fit your plan... don't stress adjust tomorrow .

Taking food is good. I'm taking a stocked cooler on our adventures this week, better food and cheaper for 5 always hungry teens and pre teens. Hoping I find some fruit on the way south today, there are several orchards that usually have stands and the local peaches are starting to appear.
