Second day of diet and I already lost some weight! Yesterday I ate breakfast, lunch and dinner, very light meals, no snacking between meals and lots of bottled water which I'm not used to drinking. I also did a 30 minute Zumba dance exercise video from Youtube which was fun. Last night around 9:30pm I begin to get very hungry and I REALLY wanted to snack but I stayed strong and didn't touch any food.
168.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
