Can anyone explain the net exercise calories? It's not making sense to me. I added a workout to my exercise calendar which burned less than 300 calories, but my calendar shows a very high number (like 2000 something).
Thanks!

because when you put an exercise,it calculates automatically also the calories burned for sleep and rest. usually it is set like 8 hours for sleep and 16 hrs for the rest (the calories burned are computed depending your weight, hight and age: it's a kind of basal metabolism) . until you add exercise he doesn't calculate anything, but when you add new activities it calculate them. Example: you add 1 hour run and he puts it: running 1 hours, sleep 8 hours, rest 15 hours, you add also 1 hr driving and it calculate: 1 hr run, 1 hr driving, 8 sleep, 14 rest. Of course you can change also hrs sleeping and resting )
