I call a mulligan! This is crazy!!

I made a single-bowl potato stew last night and I woke up to my stomach being super bloated this morning. I could only pee a small amount. I used 4 small red potatoes, a pinch of vegetable bouillon, green onions, and dill.

Other than that, I made tofu hot wings Sunday night with a side of cucumbers. Saturday I had a sushi roll at lunch and spaghetti made out of spiral cut zucchini for dinner. Friday I had spiral cut zucchini with Thai peanut sauce.

I'm thinking the tofu and the potato maybe? I don't remember having digestion trouble this weekend :-(.

Right now I'm sipping on a detox tea before I get started drinking tons of water. Maybe this is water retention because the headache I got Saturday night was after a full day in the sun.

The only things I can imagine would be to either the potatoes, bouillon, or tofu.

Sounds like salt from the broth. But it could be so many things. We all have gains during weight loss at some time. Maybe you dehydrated one day and it hydrated the next. Our water weight is affected by so many things. Just stay on plan and keep going.

I guess we will just have to see. The detox tea was effective, though, and I feel better. I'm off to refill my water to take with me on lunch. I'll keep you posted.
