This sucks so much. I honestly dont know what im doing wrong. Training 3x a week. joggging 1 or 2.. Eating not more than 1300 calories a day... whats going wrong??
135.8 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

maybe there is something wrong with youre metabolism?Or just keep doing what you are doing and wait it out while youre body wake's up !good luck

Muscles weigh more than fat, so if your losing fat and gainig muscles you can get a little heavier.

Or perhaps you're just not eating enough to fuel your body, leaving your body to think it's starving and thus storing everything instead of burning it for energy. 1300 kCal isn't much; maybe try to up your daily intake by 200 kCal and see how that goes. I've noticed more weightloss when I stay around 1700 kCal (or higher) instead of staying below 1500 kCal, so maybe it'll work for you as well. It could also be just liquid, maybe you've had salty food lately?

Vraag ik me ook af. Er is toch ook een Engelse versie? Het is juist zo leuk om van elkaar te leren. Dat gaat zo dus niet :(

hij/zij eet waarschijnlijk te weinig, met zoveel sportactiviteiten moet je natuurlijk wel blijven dooreten...

if you dont eat enough you metabolsim wil slow down and you wont loose weight thats why most people loos weight rapidly furst 2 week and then nothing. 1300cal.... i have that as breakfast sometime before i go run

Im going to try to eat more for one week. See what happens. Thanks all for the tips! I hope it works, it was going so great for a while there. :) ps. Mijn app en de site is bij mij gewoon engels, en zo leer ik ook nog eens de taal beter :)
