feeling very depressed. eating everything in sight. why cant I be one of those people who doesn't eat when upset?

I am the same!! I am a stress eater, a boredom eater, a celebration eater.... Food makes me feel better/happy. Totally fallen off the diet wagon. Can't quite figure out how to get back on...
