Finally got back on a scale, and guess what? My weight STILL has not changed at all. I have no clue what is going on.

I skipped through some of your diet calendar. You might try cutting out all the sugar (empty calories), cutting back on processed meats and other foods, adding in veggies. Your diet is mostly simple carbs with some processed proteins.

I have switched to using Splenda (40% calories compared to sugar), but I CRAVE chocolate. I also tried cutting back on the lunch meat, but one of my relatives is an enabler; he buys lots of food for me, including salty snacks and chocolate.
I do not shop for food, at all, but I should to control my ingredients. I have to admit that laziness is part of my make up.

Artificial sweeteners can also curb weight loss. Do some research as to their side affects. I do use splenda but sparingly. Chemical ingredients are simply not good for the body. Processed meats have an all sorts of chemicals and odd parts of the animal like tongues, ears, hoofs, various innards scary what goes into them.
