I've been totally off my diet for some time now. I'm in the middle of getting separated from husband after 25 yrs. of marriage. I moved to new town. Had a car accident and have been getting treated at chiropractor. I've been trying to figure out how to be happy and live a life worth living. As time rolls on I think I'm going to make it with help from friends and family. Just have to take my time and be good to me for a change.
so here's to a new me with a new life. Happy and healthy!!!

Hey Vicki That's a lot of major losses. I knew that after my husband died I needed counseling and it really helped. Just a suggestion. I am praying for you.

Remember ! there is nothing negative in our lives ! we use that unwanted energy and convert it to positive energy, there fore we always " LEARN " from negative energy and thats a positive thing ! " Just have to take " YOUR " time and be good to " YOU " for a change. So here's to a " NEW YOU " with a new life. HAPPY AND HEALTHY :) ...half way there with a great attitude (Y)
