Stressing lately, and just sitting around. Can't seem to make myself get involved, in anything! Even when my hubby tries to make me get out I just find excuses not to go. Gotta get myself together. Thanks to all my FS friend for any help, suggestions you can offer. Looking forward to all your comments.

Try to find something YOU like to do. Go for small goals, even if it's, "Okay, today I will go outside and walk for 15 minutes..." And if you meet that goal, you'll feel great for doing it! Another one... "Okay, I will NOT eat anthing after 6:30 p.m." Then little by little, as you start meeting your food and exercise goals, you WILL start to notice changes in your weight, and better yet, in how you feel, and then that will just spur you on to greater, loftier goals! Good luck!

Seems tv is my only like right now. Not even eating, or cooking I should say. I just grab a Pepsi, a Hershey bar and the jar of peanut butter. Yesterday I realized that was my breakfast lunch and dinner. I guess the good news is I only ate once, not three Pepsi, bars and pb. Explains my gain of 1.5. I'll try finding one thing........at least I'm reading my FS and that's one motivator. Thanks for your input!

It is hard when you get in a slump. It feels like you just don't want to do anything. I have had a few days like that too. Try to force yourself to do something, like take a walk or go shopping (or just looking) or even just go out in your yard or outside area and sit in a different spot. Just tell yourself you're taking back control and going to get up and do something! Hope you're feeling better soon.

Good advice preceding so I'll just add 'the only difference in a rut and a grave is the depth'.. dig yourself out. Stop the excuses. It doesn't have to be a big deal; doesn't even have to be big effort. Just go to Walmart and you won't even have to dress up :-) Just do SOMETHING. Energy creates energy.

Hi:) I used to watch a lot of TV and I just didn't feel like moving. What I started to do was to stand up and walk in place every time a commercial was on. I also started using a Pedometer and every day I would aim to beat my previous day's amount walked. Maybe this is something you could try:)
