Things are slowly adjusting down with a return to normal medication. Amazing what a week off can do to screw things up. Well, that and a week away from the gym, haha. I'm not worried. It's not like I'm on a schedule. Everywhere I go, people keep saying that I look thinner every time they see me, and I don't have the heart to tell them that I put on 6-8 pounds since the last time they saw me, so I just smile and tell them thank you.

It'll be our little secret. Shhh! I guess that's why they call it FatSecret! HAHAHAHAH!!
206.0 lb Lost so far: 74.0 lb.    Still to go: 57.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Maybe it was something in the universe, so busy with work I wasn't logging and I was just eating anything to stuff with. Finally made it back on the scale and 7 lbs more. You are very determined and been doing great, so keep it up you are an inspiration to many.
