Slept 12 hours, definitely feel more rested. Getting a late start on my vacation day, but I needed the rest. Exercise today will be mowing the grass, weed-eating and hopeful some hooping. Off to get my brakes checked to start my day, they aren't acting right. Hopefully not big bucks.
Eating mindfully, lots of veggies as I have them.

I would love to sleep 12 hours. It's rare but I wake with a great feeling whenever I do. Hope the break job isn't pricey.

I was so tired, I don't do well with little sleep. No alarm tomorrow either, I'm usually awake by 6:00. Mumm break job estimate was 359.00. Someone else has a special for $213.00. Scheduled that one instead--both reputable, one has a break special this month.

I was exhausted. Much better after sleeping, still fell asleep on the couch last night and slept 9 hours going to bed. My body doesn't like living on not enough sleep, when I was younger it was np. Car needs brakes all around and the rotors turned. At least they aren't down to the metal and squealing. Also found out a shock is leaking which means new rear shocks soon.
