My eating hasn't been great the last week. I do so well during the day while I'm at work, but once I get home I constantly find myself standing in front of the fridge or pantry, looking for a snack. However, got big plans starting this week. I spent most of Saturday revamping my recipes and my cleaning schedule. Found alot of new recipes that are healthy and all homemade (no boxes or meal helpers). Also, I have moved things around so that I have a schedule for cleaning rather than just leaving most of it for Saturday's. Monday-dusting, Tuesday-floors, Wednesday-kitchen, Thursday-bathrooms, Friday-Grocery shopping, Saturday-laundry [Hubby is the main laundry person in the house, but I will help on weekends], baking and catch up what I didn't get completed during the week. I think this will help with stress and putting myself on a schedule keeps me from feeling overwhelmed. I also worked my treadmill time into my schedule so that I get it done too. Have a great week!
