Didnt eat much for the past two days. appetite was non existent. I have a taste for salmon today though so that is on my menu. I will be starting Walk Away The Pounds today. Fun!
220.0 lb Lost so far: 7.8 lb.    Still to go: 80.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
