monday

WTF: my favorite trainer and personal trainer, is leaving my gym!!!! He found a new job within 24 hours (*grin*) that is called justice!
But i am sad to see him go. I really liked his active spirit and the way he made me really go for it. I hope i can honor him by getting that energy from myself now. He has taught me enough, i should be able to do it!

Yesterday i went out to dinner with my hubbie and my kid. Loved every second, enjoyed every bite. I really took it easy on the food, tried to stock up on veggies and load as much protein i could find (lots of fishies) but the result was a full tummy and the salt is keeping my water inside... So some weight gain today. But i am really ok, because i know at least one kilo of that weight will be gone in two to three days.

Today only one little hour of spinning just to release the stress from my muscles, nothing fancy. And if the weather holds i'll climb on the back of my horse for an hour or so... with all the cycling i never got 'round to that.

Future: lots of people ask me what am i going to do, now that the tour is over. This week i will pick up the regular scedule at the gym, i seemed to have worked to give me overall strength and condition. I will also let some dogs stay here for a week or so, and walk them for some added exercise.
In september i will try out being goalie for the female soccer team, so i will focus my training on that.

have a nice day everybody, and thanks for rooting for me durig the tour!!! it was really motivating and inspiring!!!

As your trainer if he can recommend someone else who will work with you.

Now every time you get ready to exercise, you can imagine that he is still training you saying, faster, let's go!, etc. While you will miss him, I think he instilled enough in you to carry on and succeed. I salute you in that "spinning class." I had to interrupt a class I went to get off of the bike, that is some serious stuff right there! And with that type of workout you are sure to lose by the end of the week.

That would be tough I like how you want to honor him... I agree maybe ask who he would suggest.

Maud, you are an inspiration! I love reading your journals to find out what you are doing.
