No that's not my entire intake for today. I got taken out for a Turkish meal by dad for dinner.
Grilled meats and salads not to bad. The bread and assorted dips we had to start... Not so much. But hey one meal can't break a diet and it was all I had for the day. So I'm counting today at a win.
