Okay, you can see you are having an issue. If it's emotional step away from the food. Get up and go for a walk, get some fresh air, not in the mood for walking take a drive and not to a drive through restaurant. You can handle this no need to break the emergency glass and go for the junk. Turn on some of your favorite music and start to dance this will get you moving and raise your mood.

I just checked your weight history and you are doing a fabulous job. You are on your way to a great body, don't turn back now you have come to far now. Ride this wave drink lots of water and step away from the food. (Smile)

If it's not emotional eating you may have high triglycerides which keeps up the hunger hormone, gherine. Try coconut water/ milk, avocados or olive oil. the fats in these eat the triglyceride fats and turn off the hunger hormone, gherine.

Go get a slice of Pizza and eat all the topping off of it. Throw the crust away. Then see if you can get back on track, from there!

If you can't stop eating, make it good food at least. Wean yourself little by little. Brush your teeth after each snack, meal. Log it all in. You're probably eating out of anxiety. Write down what's bugging you and make a list of how to handle it. Get it on paper, and you'll feel more empowered. all is not lost, come back to your senses. (been there, done that!)

Healthy fats can reduce the need to unconsciously shove anything and everything in the mouth. Also, if there is an emotional trigger, chewing gum for at least a half an hour at a time can help relieve some of the the free floating anxiety that feeds the desire to eat indiscriminately. Good luck. I hope you find relief soon. J

Good luck. Ditto on the suggestions. Finally ate some air popped popcorn that I had been avoiding because of high carb count. Seems just before weigh in day I have that problem too. :(

you have entered lots of journals when you started here on FS. If i find it hard to get back on track, to me it is very motivational to read back those first journals... it reminds you not only of "why" you started. It also reminds you the struggle you had back then, and the way you overcame! If you can do it once, you can do it again!
