I have been following the Venus Index diet - started this week and have had great results so far. Started the week at around 179.6 And was down to 172.2 today. I know a lot of this initial weight loss is water weight but it certainly feels good not to see it register on the scale. Tomorrow was supposed to be my scheduled maintenance higher calorie day but it was hubby's bday and he wanted to go out to eat. So tomorrow I'm back to deficit day. I need to make sure that hubby doesn't sabotage my efforts bc he loves to go out to eat and it's always a challenge when u r dieting. Anyway hanging on to make sure I get past that 2 week margin that seems to be a crucial time for me. Keeping fingers crossed and hopefully mouth under control.
