Almost 2 months to loose a pound. It is getting harder and harder, but the scale finally moved!!
168.4 lb Lost so far: 145.6 lb.    Still to go: 33.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.1 lb a week

Sometimes you just have to kick things up a notch, either calories or exercise or something.

Not sure what you are eating.. but a carb reduction for a short time always did the trick for me!

I was stuck for a long time. I stopped the noodles and very little bread. I think it kick started me because I lost a lb. or more 5 weeks in a row. I'm now at my goal weight. Also make sure you are exercising. All you need is 30 mins. a day .
