I am on the ideal protein diet.

Started May 5th 2014 at 209
Lost 17 pounds in the first 6 weeks. 192

Then let things slack a bit, but maxed out again at 194

Restarted July 21st ... down 5 lbs in one week!
189.0 lb Lost so far: 31.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.8 lb a week
