Well today is the first day going to a birthday party there having some great food that this women will not eat i will be stopping at Hardees getting low carb wrap and a salad .i dont think it will be hard keeping on track

Brenda, fill up on before you go out. At Hardees, take off the wrap, as that is loaded with carbs that will take you out of Ketosis. Eat salad at party and meats without the breads, in fact put some mayonnaise or mustard on it. You can do it.
