in such a rut right now.... cannot lose a pound to save my life!! Seem to be really depressed and stressed out. Need to talk to someone to get to bottom of my problems....
188.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Try dropping your calories a bit and see if that helps, sometimes changing things up will jump start your weight loss again. Also try to switch up your exercise, and what you are eating and you should see some changes.
