Well. Yesterday, I ate 3000 kcal.

I'm definitely worried about my car passing inspection. The shop won't put the sticker on until I've driven a 100 miles in order to clear an error. Since I work all weekend, I have no idea how I'll get those miles. Maybe one of my relatives can drop me at work and they can drive to Niagara Falls or something.

Anyway, now I'm scared to get on a scale. It also didn't help that I woke up early and started eating right away. Seems I do better if I wait a couple hours, say, until 10 or 11 AM before eating anything. Unfortunately, I have to eat early today as I have to be at work by noon.

Does anyone else have a similar reaction to eating food early in the morning?

I think I do! For me if I eat early it makes me hungrier all day, and if I don't eat early I seem to lose a little weight the next day.

i feel that way too. I have been having to force myself to eat breakfast though early and slowly switching the calories last meal of the day to previous meal so i am not eatting the bulk of my calories so late in the day. I tried shifting all at once and found my self cheating more late in day, but as i have slowly shifted my calories a little at a time i lose the urge to cheat as much.

Yes, I also have that issue. Even though "they" say eating early helps to jumpstart metabolism for the day, I always ending up eating too many calories before bedtime. I savor my morning coffee and eat a couple hours after that. Have a good one!

If it causes cravings later, adjust your eating schedule. Make eating the least stressful part of your day. As well as the scale...it can be a helpful tool so try not to stress over it if you can. Good luck! :D

My body does not want to eat breakfast. I'm ususally up for an hour or two before I can stomach any food.

Good luck! :D " Interesting advice, but I can't tell when my day is the "least" stressful as I tend to think about my problems ALL DAY! I'll try some calming techniques.

If you take it to the dealership, you will surpass all that nonsense your shop is talking about. It might cost you a little more, but you can finally get it over with.

Lol Ultra! Well I humbly recommend meditation. I do it everyday, and it is wonderful for keeping you peaceful. Try it for 5 mins? :D
