Great job on the treadmill! If you get ambitious, look up "couch to 5k" running plan. I used to run all the time and hurt my heal. So I had to ease back in to it. But it's a great plan to help people get started in running.

Sounds like fun (w/the daughters). My DS never lets me do that with him LOL. And, he has such long hair; the possibilities are endless on how I could stye t. Hope you had a great day!

My DS has really short hair. His sisters used to make him up when he was little. I don't believe he would stand for it now! Not sure if I will ever be a jogger or run a 5k but I do love to walk outside and on the mill. Thanks for all your support.

I'm not great at letting things roll off my shoulders either. Glad you are getting to enjoy some special time with your younger daughter. While we can't play dress-up/make-up with our sons, there are definitely plenty of ways to connect with them. Lucky you on the treadmill! That will make winter so much less of an impediment to your fitness. I wish I had room for one.

OMG - good for you. I am so happy for you. You are an inspiration. We were at the same point at one time and look at you rocking your new self. I am so happy and proud. Exercise has made all the difference for you, it seems. Good job girl. :)

Exercise is definitely the key! Now that I have a treadmill at home I don't have to find time to get to gym.
