Maintained the drop I had halfway through the week, and NO WINE all week, have my sister and her Children visiting with us for a few days, so sticking to diet is almost impossible, happy with progress, Could pull zip up on my favourite skirt today without too much stuffing in !!!
191.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 21.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Gee, Thanks, Hun really proud I managed to not open a bottle of wine this week, would really love a Chilled white wine now, I had my treat this morning with a Pain au Choc.
