am trying to get my carbs in with veg is anybody else having trouble getting veg in it said to have 12 to 15 carbs from veg .after the 2 weeks do we still have to eat that many carbs in veg

It's important you are getting enough fiber/roughage in your diet. When you eat a lot of protein, you can end up with problems with keeping things moving. Water is important too!

Try eating your a cup of veggies at lunch and dinner too. That should bring it up.
