Okay so I feel like I really messed up today. Hopefully it won't hurt me too bad. I'm HUNGRY! So I was fine thru breakfast and lunch but then this afternoon I was craving something sweet so I went to the store and I bought some sugar free candy and some Atkins Peanut Butter Granola Bars. I had a granola bar. I know they are supposed to only be 2.9 net carbs but I think they slow me down but I was really craving something.... Then I had a diet cherry limeade from sonic and ate half of one of my friends cheddar peppers. Aaaaahh! I feel like such a CHEATER!
Well, gonna try to not stress over it too much.
