Good chest day, but abs were a little weird. I hit more reps and/or more weight on all exercises except for kneeling cable crunches. I don't know what happened on them. Maybe I should have done a couple of sets to warm them up, but even if I had, I don't weigh 220 lbs. so I think I've reached that equilibrium when I can't add more weight because it lifts me off the floor. Any ideas? How can I keep my knees down? I need something like the lat pull down machine has for holding your knees down.

Anyway, out trainer came to work to take our measurements for phase 2 of the body fat % loss competition at work. Looks like I've broken the 15% barrier. Scale registered 14.6% and calipers were just dropping below that 10mm level that takes me below 15%. Hopefully for my personal official weekly weigh-in tomorrow I'll finally be below 15%.

Measurements showed increases in most body parts where I'm gaining muscle, for example I've gained an inch in calves circumference and 1 1/4 inches in my thighs, so leg day is going well. ;-)

This is excellent! Great work on the BF drop and muscle mass gains. Keep at it. I dont have any suggestions on abs. I dont work them directly in my current program.
