Well I've been back at work for a few weeks and am starting to get into a routine. I've been making better food choices but still haven't figured out how/when to add a workout into my routine.
206.6 lb Lost so far: 16.2 lb.    Still to go: 31.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.9 lb a week
