Wt loss not as great as I had hoped but it was a loss; I'll take it! Feeling better each week. Since I started this at the end of May I have lost 5.4 lbs, 1/4in off arms, 1 in off bust, 2 1/2 in off waist, 1 in off hips and 1/2 in off thigh. BP from 127/73 to 120/75. All in all I take it all as a success!

Got to remember, that what we are doing is not so much a "weight loss" way of eating, but a "fat loss" way of eating. In time, the scale will follow the fat. But as long as our bodies are being redefined, who cares about a scale? Just hang in there, and keep doing what you are doing.

See, the inches are flying off due to "fat loss." Again, who needs weight loss? We don't look like we have been "sucked in" like when you are eating on a "low fat" diet.

Thank you for the support. It is amazing how ingrained the whole weight lose is, from the time we are little girls. I try to focus on each success - scale or ns victory, all must be recongnized.
