Only managed 1200 calories again yesterday. I know I should be eating more but I was NOT hungry. I will eat more when I'm hungry. I'm sure our ancestors didn't calculate their calories and say on I only ate 1000 calories let me get that up to 1500. lol So I'm not either. I'm sure my appetite will pick up especially once I stick to an exercise plan.
222.0 lb Lost so far: 5.8 lb.    Still to go: 82.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Maybe today will be better. I know the coconut oil and butter definitely saved you. The fat from it helps keep you full.
