Almost double on my alotted Carbs for the day but I had 4 chocolate chunk and macadamia nut cookies with a glass of 2% milk for breakfast before work tonight. Not my best choice or moment! My other choices for the day were not too bad.

My Pilates class yesterday was great, a huge challenge. The instructor threw in some intermediate exercises for a change of pace. That hour went quickly and I definitly worked up a sweat. Today after work I plan to attend the new class called "Fit Over 40" They work on balance, functional fitness and orientation to the fitness floor equiptment. It is a 1100 and is free of charge at the gym I attend. For someone who never really enjoyed exercise before I am finding a bunch of activities at LTF that I truly enjoy!. Finding the money to pay for gas to get to the gym is another matter entirely. But by the end of the month I should be out of the red zone and into the black zone again.

Andrea wanted me to take her to Walmart and Target yesterday after I worked all night, and attended Pilates, and knowing that I had to work tonight also. She takes hours and hours in the each store. I put my foot down so to speak and instead of taking her to Walmart after Target I just went home. Then she told me I needed to give her, her B12 shot before I could go to bed. I did not hit the sack until after 2pm. I did not want to get up at 9pm when my alarm went off, the snooze button got a bit of a workout last evening.

I will be staying up today to cook for next week. I will be making chicken breasts, salmon steaks and tuna steaks for the week. I will alternate vegies (beans, broccoli, carrots, and brussel sprouts) through out the week. Along with a spinach salad instead of the starchy vegie (potato) and bread. Hopefully this way I will be able to keep my Carbs down next week and loose even more weight! I believe it is good to plan ahead of time what I am going to cook and eat. I still have some impulse buys and treats but hopefully they will be fewer and farther between.
