Weight gain! Wahhh.... ;)

Edited to add: 18 months ago, my BMI was 42.4 but it is now 28.3 and happy for this!
154.8 lb Lost so far: 47.2 lb.    Still to go: 18.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I was up the same amount. We'll knock it out fast plus more loss. We can do it!

You shouldn't be weighting yourself everyday since you get upset when you see a 100 gr gain, that is nothing. It's water weight or bowel content. I step on a scale once a week. I know that I can't lose a pound or two faster then that. That's normal with a healthy diet.
