My last 40th birthday today. I had hoped to be at my target weight by now and I soooo nearly was a month ago. However, I took my eye off the ball a bit too much for a few weeks, so still have a stone or so to go. Looking back though, I see that I was almost 50 pounds heavier this time last year, which is some accomplishment at least. No birthday cake for me today but I did have a good morning run and a wicked big BLT with lashings of mayonnaise instead!
