Day 45 and I am under 175!!! I have reached my next mini goal and I am so happy. My hard work this week is paying off. So far I have lost a total of 18.4 pounds and it feels great. My next goal is the 20 pound mark! Maybe I can be there next week! Feeling very motivated today.
