Have been off any diet plan for a while. Have just been lazy and find it hard when I have a husband to cook for as well. Hard to find fresh vegetables here and have been eating a lot of canned vegetables instead. Need to do better. Also eating too many carbs. Need to revamp all of my eating habits.

Diet Calendar Entry for 24 July 2014:
1258 kcal Fat: 55.72g | Prot: 83.97g | Carb: 99.69g.   Breakfast: Fresh Pork Sausage, Egg (Whole), Coffee (Instant), Land O'Lakes Fat Free Half & Half. Lunch: Cooked Mature Onions (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Yellow Summer Squash, Baked Sweetpotato (Peel Not Eaten), Carrabba's Italian Grill Cucumber and Tomato Salad, Chicken Wing Meat (Broilers or Fryers, Roasted, Cooked). Dinner: Sliced Ham (Regular, Approx. 11% Fat), Mayonnaise, Lettuce, Great Value Canned Tuna in Water, Welsh Farms 1% Low Fat Milk. Snacks/Other: Kraft Cool Whip, Red Raspberries, Bananas, Jell-O Fat Free Sugar Free Vanilla Pudding, Tootsie Roll Tootsie Roll (Midgees). more...

That IS a challenge when you cook for others. So I don't have to cook twice/feel depraved I will prepare something friendly for me, spoon out my portion, then add the extra calories I can't eat, but they can. For example deglaze the pan and add cream/butter or add cheese to their casserole. Good luck.
