no weight loss today, considered it normal since i lost 3 lbs this week. now the water weight is gone, the hard part is here!

have to eat really healthy today, with a lunch party and a dinner/cocktail party for company/school function today...gotta limit my carb and fat intakes during these events and definitely no alcohol!!

i still fail to get up early in the morning for a quick workout...wonder when i am able to wake up before 6:45 ever!

you shouldn't try to lose water weight though on the scale you feel the satisfaction of weight loss its short lived. I used to wrestle and the most i've lost was 13 lbs in 3 days. this is highly unhealthy. water helps speed up your metabolism. you want to drink plenty of water, and the weight you lose you'll know is fat instead of water which will come right back when you drink again. Also if you don't drink enough water when you do your body will try to keep it and make you feel bloated.

i had plenty of water everyday this week, but i think when you starting on a diet, you tend to lose quicker in the beginning (may be i misinterpret that as the water weight??)
