starchild72766's Journal, 24 July 2014

Despite working out religiously 6 days a week, 2-3 hours daily and watching calories and carbs, my BS is not consistently lower. After researching the topic, I have decided that I could be over-doing it and flooding my body with excess sugar. So, I'm cutting my exercise back to 1 hour per day, 6 days a week to avoid releasing too much glucose(at least for today.) Generally speaking, most diabetics don't get much exercise (especially type 2s)but that's not the case here. Could be that I have the "Goldilocks Principle" at work here.
