With breast feeding it's really hard. If I exercise or diet my milk supply lessen. So I would have to focus on weight lost for baby weight after in done breast feeding. It's so frustrating!

drink lots of water, take baby for walks, do short sprints or lunges. Eat lots of protein and know making milk burns calories! Dont forget to sleep!

Exercise and a healthy diet should help you with your milk supply. Take the baby out for a walk in the morning when it's cooler. Walk Away The Pounds videos are a great way to start exercising a few times a week too (Leslie Sansone). Either talk to your doctor or do some googling to find out how many calories you should eat to keep your milk supply but still lose. Weight Watchers has a plan for nursing mothers. You can lose weight and keep up the nursing.

That's would be great however I'm a full time working single mother. I get up at 5am just to get ready for work and take him to the sitters just to be at work at 7am. I have chronic asthma and we are also in the middle of monsoon. I use to that him for walks in the evening but now we have dust and thunderstorms. I already have a healthy diet and I do a lot of yoga and teach yoga at the side. I thank you for your suggestions.
