While an "eat everything day", your journal looks like you made healthy choices. A day to confuse the metabolism - great. Great, that is, as long as you return to eating clean today!

Eat more protein, it often will curb that feeling. Plus, use your will power to get the "everything" away from you, instead of using it to try to resist the "everything." Good luck!

Try some coconut water/milk when feeling that way. It helps shut off the hunger hormone, ghrelin. I use it in my smoothies and it does seem to help. Also I think LMJ is right. An occasional body confusion day is good. I know it helps me. Just as long as it stays to no more than two days in a week and not together and not more than 200 cals over your regular budget. It should be 3 to 1, 2 to 1, as in 3 days low 1000 cals 1 day 1200 cals. Mainly remember don't beat yourself up over it. Bruises are unsightly. :)

doTerra's Slim & Sassy also helps fight those cravings. :-)
